Thekla Mutero
Country Partner, Namibia.
Is our In Country Partner to The Republic of Namibia. She is the Founding President of Emerging Mining Association of Namibia- EMAB. She is Board Member of Global Entrepreneurship Network Namibia. She doubles as Country Chair of World Business Angel Investment Forum and Environmental Social Governance, Namibia. Thekla was inducted twice as Networker and Emerging Entrepreneur of the year in 2020 & 2022 by Namibian Business Hall of Fame. She was awarded Mining Excellence by Lead India Foundation; also Champion for Policy of the year 2022 by African Startup Ecosystem. Thekla brings to the team strong Inter Governmental networking, collaboration, policy and strategy exposure

Martins is pioneer staff of VicFaus Integrated Solutions Limited and Heads Operations. He studied Mass Communication in University Jos and Maritime Transport & Business Studies at Maritime Academy. Oron, Akwa Ibom State. Martins leads a team of 5 field workers and is responsible for the entire GROUP’s business Operations successfully managing end to end stakeholder engagements across the GROUP’s business value chain; delivering top of mind operations output and results for the company since it’s incorporation in 2017.

However she reinvented herself in Relationship Management after discovering her passion and knack for making friends, building and nurturing valuable relationships and creating fun, humor and laughter with ease. She cracked the relationship code that opened the doors for VicFaus Integrated Solutions Limited to do her first Big Supply business to a leading Multinational GROUP who manufacture home, toilet and body care products.

He brings to the team 12+ years multi sector/industry upward professional experience which spans across sales, business development, customer service, administration, relationship management and leadership gained working at some of the Big 3’s like Panalpina World Transport, Nokia Nigeria and at Samsung Electronics in two (2) Divisions- Consumer Electronics and Service Network as Service Network Account Manager for West Africa
